1. Services Provided

Entry Resume LLC specializes in professional resume writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn optimization, and related career services. Services are provided digitally and delivered via email or an agreed-upon platform.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. 
  • Payment: Full payment is required before services begin. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once work has started. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure your resume meets your expectations through our revision policy.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Entry Resume LLC provides unlimited revisions for up to seven (7) calendar days after the initial draft is delivered. After this period, additional revisions may be subject to a fee.
  • If you do not receive an interview within 60 days, we offer one free resume revision.
  • Requests for revisions must be submitted in writing via email.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information for resume writing and career services.
  • You are responsible for reviewing drafts and providing timely feedback.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is within five (5) business days of receiving necessary information from you.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on client responsiveness and requested revisions.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
  • Client resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles are stored securely and only accessed by our team.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All resumes, cover letters, and other written materials are original and created for your personal use.
  • Entry Resume LLC retains ownership of draft documents until final delivery. Once delivered, you have full rights to use your resume and related documents.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our templates or services is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Entry Resume LLC is not responsible for employment decisions, hiring outcomes, or job offers.
  • We do not guarantee that resumes or LinkedIn profiles will pass all Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) due to varying employer algorithms.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Cancellations and Modifications

  • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or credits for canceled services.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
